Commercial and Residential Foundation Leak Repairs
Basement Foundation Leak
PROBLEM: Leaking wall cracks in a poured concrete basement foundation at multiple locations were causing damage to the basement interior wall and floor finishes. The cracks had caused mold to grow inside the stud wall cavity, drywall and on the carpet also. We caught it before it got out of hand.
SOLUTION: Find the cracks, remove the wallboard and moldy materials, fix and seal them and re-install the wall as if it hadn't been touched.

Stairwell Foundation Leak
PROBLEM: Water in the front garden of a house was leaking through the foundation wall into the stairwell and under the door into a finished basement causing damage to the flooring. SOLUTION: Drilled and injected a water activated flexible resin to permanently seal the wall crack, then flooded the garden to confirm the repair was successful, which it was! |

Basement Renovation in Extreme Cold
Before
PROBLEM: The basement of a house had to be renovated during extremely cold winter months but had severe wall cracks at 6 locations.
SOLUTION: The basement was heated to raise the temperature of the concrete for effective crack injection repairs. Due to the number and wide open nature of these wall cracks, they were also parged with quick setting cement to contain the injection materials. After 3 days the renovations proceeded on time.
